Neil Stewart - Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Neil is responsible for Salmon’s overall business strategy and performance, as well as key customer relationships. Neil joined Salmon in 2001 and, in his first role as Regional Sales Manager, developed a deep understanding of customer engagement, enterprise project delivery and technical & commercial partnerships. Neil was then promoted to Commercial Director, where he was responsible for driving sales revenues from Salmon's services portfolio and Salmon’s entrance into new markets and geographies.
Jeff Leaver - Chief Operating Officer
Jeff joined Salmon in 1997 to head up Salmon's immersion into Java and emerging technologies and has led a number of key new technology engagements for Salmon’s clients over the years. Today, Jeff is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at Salmon, including the implementation of strategic initiatives, the development of its offshore partners, Human Resources and Recruitment, as well as ensuring that the company is efficient and effective.
Prior to working for Salmon, Jeff was involved in a number of I.T. consulting engagements across a broad range of technologies within the financial services sector.
Mike Pring - Finance Director
Mike joined Salmon in 2003 as Finance Director, and is also responsible for legal and contractual matters (including as company secretary) and facilities management. Previously Mike held a similar position with ECSoft UK (subsequently acquired by Ciber), with responsibilities also including HR management.
Prior to that he held several financial management roles with IBM UK and IBM Europe.
Craig Harper-Ashton - Head of Multi Channel
Craig has been at Salmon since 2002. He is responsible for delivering high quality eCommerce and Multi Channel solutions in support of Salmon's eCommerce strategies to which he contributes; spanning business analysis, architecture, design, development & testing. Prior to joining Salmon, Craig was Technical Director at Reveda Ltd and Technical Director at Logsys Solutions.
Andy Jones - Head of Customer Experience
Andy joined Salmon in 2001 and previously held the role of Front End Lead. Andy is responsible for developing innovative creative solutions and services for our customers, directing a multi-disciplinary team covering user experience, usability testing, design, front end development, multi channel consulting and customer insight. Andy and his team are responsible for designing and implementing award-winning websites, apps and services, while understanding the technical constraints of the platform on which their designs are implemented.
Glen Burson - Head of Architecture and Technical Services
Glen joined Salmon in 1998 and since the formation of Salmon’s eCommerce delivery team in 2002 he has been the technical lead for many WebSphere Commerce implementations, including Argos/Homebase (HRG), ICI Paints, Boots and others. Since 2008 Glen has led the Technical Architecture team and has had a leadership role across all of Salmon’s customer base, responsible for performance, security and best practice implementations.
Prior to joining Salmon, Glen was a Senior Software Developer and Consultant developing Client/Server applications across a range of industries.
